Im worried. I did well in all my science classes except i just cant get the hang of chemistry. I worked my butt off but i still ended up not doin too well. I got C's in both of my chem classes but i aced bio. Im just not sure how this will effect me. Could someone give me some idea of how this mite effect my chances of med school?

Are you a freshman? If so, you have plenty of time to decide if you want to retake classes. From what I have heard, a couple of C's will not hurt you, especially if they are early on.
From here on out, stick with A's and B's and you should be fine.

Do you have a handle on the math background for chemistry? If that's what was throwing you, you should brush up on the math now, before you take physics. The chem classes are water under the bridge. The "C's" won't destroy your chances, but you need to learn the math because physics will own you if you don't have the background. I was frequently surprised at how similar the math was for the two classes. I'm not saying this to worry you, but to give you a heads up so that you can be prepared to do better in that set of classes.
