So I found I got accepted into medical school this week (yay! 😀). I am currently in a Masters program, but will not be receiving the degree before I matriculate into the school (I withdrew from one of the core classes earlier this fall, and I told my interviewer at this school about the fact that I would not be able to get my masters assuming I got into medical school). With all that said my parents want to save some money because I would be taking courses for no degree, or benefit really. Would this be an issue for acceptance or not so much?

Contact admissions at your medical school immediately. Telling your interviewer is quite different than informing admissions, so they may be unaware.

Worst case, you are forced to defer to finish the program.

I don't know for sure but I'm guessing it depends on whether you entered "no degree expected" or put that you were expecting to complete the program on your primary and entered a date of anticipated completion.

Yeah I'd def call the school about this before you make any decisions.

I didn't. In fact when I went for the interview, the interviewer didn't know that I was in a masters program. I got accepted to my masters way after I sent in my primaries. So yea gonna call on Monday and find out. If anyone has any experience with this to tell me what the likely call will be I'd love to hear. Thanks for all the feedback so far guys.

if you didn't put down that you were expecting a degree then you are fine.
