Will be moving to Galveston June, looking for a 2 bedroom 1-2 bath apartment or condo for lease in the downtown/Strand area. Have 1 cat, neutered, extremely clean. Will be 2 tenants, no smoking. Would be willing to start lease anytime from now until July 1. Would be willing to sign up to 4 year lease depending on unit. I only have a one bedroom but it is close by, directly ON the beach, and for a multi-year lease very negotiable on the rent. I posted it here under Galveston so please feel free to mention it to anyone you know of who might be a candidate. Current tenant is out April 2013.
