Anyone know of upcoming CME conferences not listed in Pathology Outlines? State societies maybe? Looking to burn through some CME money, wondering if there are any I missed

There is usually a Pacific Northwest Society of Pathology spring meeting around April or May, I think. There is a fall and spring meeting usually rotating among Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver. I don't see it listed yet on their website, but you could email and ask if they will be having a spring meeting this year.

The White Coat Investor hosts a Financial Literacy and Wellness Conference most years too. There is CME available for it.
In San Antonio this year in February.

Come do some conference in Canada. CAD is no better than Bolivars and Pesos these days so you'll get good value here.
