confused about application fee

so each school ahs a $40, $50 app fee. do i send it right after i submit my application ?

^ is this the application fee or the supp fee ?

It is the supp fee if I am not mistaken. You pay the application fee through the AADSAS.

on their website it says: a nonrefundable application fee of $50

on the supplemental table it says: Send these materials directly to the dental schools Only When an Admission Officer Contacts You:
 Application fee $50
 Supplemental application

are these fees the same thing, b/c i heard that u have to pay first then only they look at the app but here it says they contact you first
