Confused about LOR!!!!!!!

I just got two letters of recommendation from science professors, but they were given to me personally. Does dental schools/AADAS require for professors to send recommendation direct in seal envelope. I was planning to just put in regular envelope and have professors sign on the back and send the recommendation direct to schools or AADAS. I already printed out the matching forms, but mad confused about how I process the LORs. Thanks for input!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😕

i would print out multiple copies, let the professors sign it and just send them directly to the schools
don't have to send to addsas becasue they'll keep ur LOR forever. i sent all my letters directly to the schools

what i did was just send copies of the letters to aadsas. they just copy them and mail them out anyways. i kept the originals incase i needed to apply again. that was easier then asking for rewrites.

lol...you guys know what your professors wrote? interesting...i had to waive the right to see the content of my letters, which were sent to aadsas by my professors themselves. in retrospect, i cannot imagine myself saying "oh...professor stanley, would you mind sending me your recommendation letter with this self addressed envelope please, i kinda wanna look at it before i send it to d-schools"
