SO I am posting for the first time here ever. I just am a little confused and scared.
I recently got accepted to a DO school (about 3 weeks ago or so) and I am in a post bacc at a different DO school. The one I got accepted to has said nothing about this, but DO I have to complete the year at this post bacc ? or can I just finish out the semster sense I have been accepted elsewhere?
thoughts?

I think that is a question you should ask the DO school you got accepted from. They might say you can withdraw, or they might want you to finish. Best to contact them directly to get the right answer and not risk your acceptance.

I would ask the DO school where you were accepted. I had a friend who was doing a post bacc and got accepted in December. He asked his school if he had to finish the post bacc, they said no, and he went backpacking through Europe for 6 months. Just communicate clearly!

if the postbacc has prereqs that you haven't taken yet then 99% chance you need to take the courses. if the postbacc is just a grade replacer, then it likely doesn't matter. of course, ask the school about this. however, if you haven't taken biochem or anatomy, those are pretty good courses to take before med school, if you want to.

Ok I guess I jusrt dont want to finish it haha I have taken most of these classes before and this was in fact just a grade booster. hopefully they tell me I dont have to do the spring semester

Double check with the school you were accepted into. I have heard of people in similar situations not finishing because they were accepted to a Med school and then finding out in June, when transcripts are due, that their acceptance had been withdrawn due to them not completing the post bach they were in. just make sure br[efore you make a decision.

Thanks so much guys! found out on tues that I dont have to finish the spring... but they did ask for my grades from my current semester when ready... does anyone know if I get a C in a class if my acceptance will be revoked?
I am currently doing good but I am worried I may slip up in some of the remaining classes... guess im just a stress freak! they didnt ask for a specific GPA or anything...
