Confused on how to read this interview feedback data

On this graph, there's a bunch of responses at the high level of the graph which suggests that the interview was stressful, but the "response average" is 2.44, which means it wasn't stressful? Why does the graph not seem to match up with the 2.44 average?

LOL true. I guess I was using this to see how laid back the interview was; like if I should aim for more personable/casual or more formal. Also most of the interview feedback data is in this format so I want to make sure I'm reading the graphs correctly

You'll show up, and know exactly how to act. Seriously, don't overthink this.

It can only be a corrupted formula on that page. Look at the other graphs. The averages are where you'd expect them to be! But everyone is right -- stressing about the level of stress will not be helpful. You'll get more comfortable as you have more interviews, and you'll feel much better after you receive your first A! Good luck!!!

Each person's tolerance for stress is different. It also appears that the math is wrong in the graph.

Just display grace under pressure.
