Confused on what section to put work etc.. in AADSAS

How do we know which sections of Personal Experience to put things such as an intership, voluteering, work...etc? Becasue I've read the instructions for each and like 3 of them said you could put shadowing hours there,so which one is it?

There are subcategories which can accessed using a drop down menu and you can choose the appropriate one for your experience. So for ex. you would put shadowing under Dentistry Experience. There are quite a few categories to choose from so it shouldn't be too ambiguous.

So It isnt necessary to fill out all of those sub categories and then max out each of them? For example, I have done research because it is required for all to graduate but its nothing that is that intense like others i know. So am i at a disadvantage for not putting a category?

Is it necessary? No. Would it be helpful? Of course yes, because that shows you are a well-rounded person with lots of experiences. But do not put any fake ones as they would come back to haunt you at interview and possibly jeopardize your academic career.
