well, with a few partner have a interesting discusion, about congenital esotropia or Ciancia syndrom, after this patient have surgery they don't present neither diplopia and confusion, we don't know why is this, it is cause they never have a binocular relation? cause it's is supposed that this two phenomenons happens when you have a binocular relation, but again why this patient don't have diplopia and confusion? because they have a intense supresion, some say, it's kind a the story of chicken and the egg, so that.

someone have a solid answer?

thanks
