Hi all,
I am debating whether or not to take an independent study class within my biomedical engineering program. It is supposedly the student's choice as to what to research and will be supervised by a faculty member for course credit. So my question is....Could this be considered research experience in med school applications? Sorry if this is a stupid question or already been answered.....I'm new to this.
