If I wanted to introduce myself as a candidate, how would I go about it? Should I email/call the dean of admissions, the director of admissions, or the coordinators and work with them and gradually introduce yourself to the director and such?

And when do you know when you are crossing the line between persistent/eager and annoying?

I think you should wait a little bit, this cycle is still rolling. With your DAT scores and hopefully your GPA, that should be enough.
