Hey guys,

So I have been trying to contact OptomCAS for a couple days now in regards to the online application. However, when I try to call them at the number provided in the "Contact Us" section, I get a "This number is not in service" message. I emailed them about 3 days ago and haven't gotten a response in that regard either. Anyone else have this problem?

I imagine they have a backlog of emails so keep trying to call. If you don't get anything, then visit them on facebook and comment there so that they see you are trying to reach them.

On another note...I emailed OptomCAS earlier this summer & they took a while to get back to me, so I figured I'd ask here.

On the application site where we're supposed to submit our essay, are we supposed to designate one for every school we're applying to? I've already uploaded a general essay with a general title, but I'm unsure if I should specify one for each school & customize the essay a little bit towards each one.

Any clue?
 
A general one should be fine, most people I've talked too submit the same personal statement to one school
