Contacting Programs

When is an acceptable time to contact programs that have already sent out interview dates? Not sure if we should wait until October / November, or if there is a way to find otu if they are filled already.

I tried emailing one program last week to ask if they've filled already, and the response was that they're full now but they will continue to send invites as people change plans and dates open up.

Any residents or above willing to chime in?

Do you contact the program director or program coordinator? I feel the program coordinator will just answer yes or no on if they'll send out more interview or not. I don't know if they actually forward your email to the PD.

Also, what's the best time to start contacting them?
