I always see people mentioning that they cannot reach TBR. I just called them and got through on the first try.

I've called them 3 times total already, at random times of the day, even on a weekend, and all 3 times, someone picked up. The person was very helpful, extremely nice, instead of giving me an attitude over my stupid questions. So I'm not sure why others are complaining either. Maybe you and I are just lucky people 🙂
