contacts in anamtomy lab

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I wore them through lab all last year. I didn't know of any classmates that had any issues. It's dependent on the person though - bring a pair of glasses and if it bothers you just switch em.

I'm good in contacts in anatomy lab for like an hour, but if I'm going to be in there longer, I wear my glasses. Otherwise my eyes start really bothering me.

Contacts are the way to go. I wear it all the time at school.

I always wore contacts too and had no problem. The problem with glasses is that if they slip down your nose, it's a pain in the butt to push them back up because your hands are just gross (even though you're wearing gloves, you'll want to wash your hands really well before touching your face). Also, I've seen more that one pair of glasses fall into the cadaver (literally) *shudder* so if you do wear glasses, make sure you have one of those eyeglass-strap-thingys that go around your neck.

Some of my classmates are fine, but I and at least one other person get irritated.

Yeah I wore them. No problems

Never had a problem with mine. I made sure to keep some drops handy and brought glasses in case but most I had to do was re-lube with some drops when they got a little dry.
