what size plastic container is good for storing patient casts, etc? any links to cheap ones online?

If you’re talking about more than a couple dozen, cardboard boxes work really well - 3x3x6” or similar - uline is an industrial shipping supplies outfit that’s cheap if you’re buying in bulk.
