Contamination at TUCOM

Does anyone know much about the environmental contamination at TUCOM? I know the site used to be very contaminated with cyanide and other dangerous chemicals, but I was told it has been cleaned up. Are there any risks any current students know about? Can we really be sure it was cleaned up?

I'm sure they would have cleaned it up to have a school there. Nevertheless, Touro does lie on the ghetto side.
