Content review question

Majored in bio in undergrad, graduated 3 years ago, need quite a bit of content review prior to mcat as I have forgotten a lot and never did very well in orgo and physics, planning to take prep course.

How long do you recommend is sufficient for content review prior to a prep course? 1 month? 2 months? Wondering what to aim for (planning to review 5-6 days/week for a couple hours each day)
