I've read Appendix XII C A-V417 of British Pharmacopoeia and BP has 2 ways to assess content uniformity (CU). One is CU refers to Ph.Eur.method 2.9.6 and one is CU in the treatise on Uniformity of Dosage Unit. The assessment standard of these 2 methods are different but Idk which CU to apply in a particular situation? Thank you for helping me!
