To specialize in an area after dental school like orthodontics is a full time program? Or can you work while you are going to continue your education

To my understanding, some programs allow their residents to moonlight while others don't.

Full time.

it is full time, but not 24/7. I have known perio residents who moonlighted. You'll be dead tired, but it is possible to moonlight.
