How long did it take for you guys to receive your contracts after matching?

I'm hoping their sent out the day after the match since our lenders will pre-qualify us, they require them for pre-approval so we can have some leverage when low-balling some homes.

If you really want leverage, put a lot down and close quick.
Who is a more likely bidder to complete this deal?
Asking price is $200k. Assume all are preapproved.
1) 175k, contingent on sale of current home, $30k down, close in 60 days.
2) 175k 2500 down, close in 60 days.
3) 172k, 17k down, close in 30 days.
I'm selling to 3, but I'll try to get him up to 175 first.😉 Clearly has his act together and there's less time for the deal to fall through, and less time off market if it does go bad.
