You guys know if any nephro organization has ever released a contrast nephropathy prevention/prophylaxis guideline paper? I've been looking around and the only thing I can find are guidelines for specific institutions...or trials for specific agents....or trials comparing agents....but not really anything from a nat'l organization in the form of a guideline. Any clue? I actually hope there isn't one....
