Does anybody have a list or know of a good thread that has a list of the conversions we need to know for the DAT?

Does anybody have a list or know of a good thread that has a list of the conversions we need to know for the DAT?

I'm sure the more complicated conversions will be given, but I would definitely know these:

1 inch = 2.54 cm

1 mile = 5280 feet

1 yard = 3 feet

1 gallon = 4 quarts = 8 pints = 16 cups = 128 fl oz

1 kg = 2.2 lbs

1 ton = 2000 lbs

1.8C + 32 = F (converting degrees Celsius to Fahrenheit)

C + 273 = K (converting degrees Celsius to Kelvin)
