I just got offered an awesome clinical research position at a sleep lab requiring rotating weeks on nights and days and I love that idea but it'll kill me trying to prepare a retake messing with my sleep schedule, normally I'd be down but with an 8am test looming I don't want to take chances. I'm worried if I should take the job or not obviously MCAT is my #1 but I'm out of cash so have the interview next week then 3 weeks of training normal hours though my retake is in 8 weeks so what should I do how should I manage this? Or move mcat till lasts in January?

Edit: very well paid

1st mcat score? when did you take it?ditto aerus

What was your 1st MCAT score? What day did you take it?

I got an unbalanced 27 (7,9,11) Never ever got a 7 on PS avged 10 and I took it June 13th , so I've been hardcore reworking my physics skills which apparently I suck at. I'm slow with calculations I got a very physics heavy test avg 9-11 verbal and 10-12 bio

Already rescheduled for Nov 7th doing nothing but practice passages and tests till then

I'd say prioritize your MCAT above anything else. You do not want to have to retake this again (and with the new MCAT). If you can handle the job, take it. If you can't, don't. Do whatever it takes to maximize your score.

Yeah I agree, wish I killed it the first time , sometimes you get great passages other times you don't PS wasn't with me that day

Weren't you just whining about work stuff and being broke and poor?

Guess you're prone to gratuitous hyperbole... If that was really your situation, you'd be asking how to make it work instead of quitting before anything even started.

Good job.

Dude chill out bro just looking for input thanks for dropping by in all of my threads and taking an interest in my life tho

Every time I log into this site I see you whining on the front page ad nauseam.

Cue zoolander, 'I'm not your bro, bro' clip.

Actually Idk how easy it is but I'm sure there's away

Also who cares it's the internet I could just make another account and post a similar question

You're right. Asking you to grow up and grow a pair would be asking too much.
