I interviewed with cooper university neuro program in NJ. I like it and plan to rank it high. Any opinions about this program?

I know the location of the hospital is rough, but this is not a problem for me. I only care if the program is supportive and friendly to foreign medical graduates, and the quality of training. Any inputs?
