Does anyone know what the difference is between a College of Pharmacy and a School of Pharmacy? Is one better than the other?

Does anyone know what the difference is between a College of Pharmacy and a School of Pharmacy? Is one better than the other?

Universities use "college" for divisions of their school. You have the college of arts & sciences, college of engineering, college of medicine, college of pharmacy, etc. I would assume that a "school of pharmacy" is not part of a larger university, but that's just a guess.
