So I am currently filling out secondaries and one of the questions for Einstein is:
I have been the recipient of a warning notice for a non-academic issue that did not result in a disciplinary action.
Over the summer, I received an e-mail for copyright infringement to delete one song that was found to be in violation. I immediately deleted the song and filled out an online form saying I would not engage in illegal downloads in the future, etc.
The issue was resolved and I'm pretty sure it's not on my transcript or anything. However, my dean was CC-ed on the whole e-mail so should I report this to Einstein as a yes?
