Does anyone know if Cornell wants letters of reccomendation from all animal experiences (including those in comminity service and animal sections of vmcas) or do they just want those from veterinary animal experience? The information I have is unclear.

Anything you put on their supplemental must have a corresponding evaluation. It is my understanding that they don't care what is on the VMCAS, only what you list on their supplemental. Hope this helps.

That is a great help. Thanks 🙂

correct - and you can't list any animal experience unless you get a LOR for it.

Just a note on this. Since Cornell gets your VMCAS too don't panic if you can't get letters for all of your experiences. I had several things I couldn't get letters for (ie volunteering at a turtle research station in Costa Rica they only spoke spanish and the people I worked with were no longer there). If they were substantial experiences however try to get letters.

Good luck

Im trying not to panic..I just have so many animal experiences..but your right I will focus on getting the lors for the substantial experiences..
Thanks for the support
