I'm starting to compare programs that I'm interested in, and one aspect is the number of residents. There is no info on FREIDA for the number of PY1 spots at Cornell. Anyone know how many first year residents they tend to take?

We took 5 last year (I am one of 'em). I think they'll try and take 5 again this year but I'll ask and get back to you.

Thanks for the info. Did you also apply to other NY schools, say Columbia and/or NYU? What were the major factors that made you pick Cornell?
