hey guys,

a quick question. the first question asks, "if you're not in school next year, waht're your plans." does that mean if i'm in school, i don't have to answer it?

yes, hence the "if you are not in school..." part

Yes, if you are still going to be in school next year, you don't have to answer that question. It's meant for people who have already graduated/working etc.
