Hi everyone,
I am about ready to send in my deposit for dental school but was wondering what the correct procedure is. Do you just send the check and that alone suffices as acknowledging you will be attending the following year, or should you acccompany it with a formal letter, or should you call and speak to someone.
Thanks!

just do whatever the school instructs you to do. Some schools require you to fill a form and reply, some schools simply need you to send in the deposit. If the school didn't ask for it, you are not expected to send in a formal letter (although that would be a nice gesture). When the school receives the deposit check, they automatically assume you will be holding your acceptance spot (why else would you send in a $500+ check?)
