Costanzo Physiology: worth it to get the newest version?

The used version of the 2013 5th edition is about $40 more than the used version of the 2012 edition. Is it worth it?

nothing in physiology has changed. A newer edition would not add that much more. Use a cost benefits analysis. Is anything new worth the extra $40? Probably not, especially since there are other things more emphasized on the boards. I have the older edition. It's just fine.

It isn't that nothing has changed, but probably not enough changes to justify the expense.
