Hi

I'm planning to go to mc master uni, I'm not sure what courses that would be best for the medical school. This is the canadien subforum, thier must be someone that would have some knowledge of this. From what I am noticing, the main courses are chemistry, biology and physics.
Thier are other courses that may provide a better insight in the medical field such as health sciences, health studies and biochemistry. Would these courses provide better education then the previous three? Those are the main courses correct? Any other info on the proper choices would be nice.

Thank you

What program will you entering?

Asides from taking the pre-requisite courses for medicine at McMaster, the most important thing to do is STUDY SOMETHING YOU ENJOY.

Two reasons:

1. You will do better if you enjoy what you're learning.

2. The majority of applicants to medicine in Canada won't get in. So you need to work towards a degree in something that you could enjoy as your career.
