course classification, are most of them not applicable?

I have 1 AP credit, 1 repeated, and 1 honors.
All the others, I don't know what to pick.
Am I supposed to pick credited since I got credit for passing it? or pick passing since I passed that class? or not applicable? I don't know which one to pick for classes that I passed & got credits.

Yes, I put N/A for all of my classes, except of course for AP, honors, or online course credit.
