Do you have to finish all the course requirements BEFORE you apply?

or is it ok if you plan to finish the requirements before you enroll?

I am applying this cycle and I have one semester of english left.
I plan to finish this english requirement next spring semester.

Just make sure that you have all of the prereq taken before matriculation time. You'll be fine!
