Course retake

Hi again,

I took biology 1A, and got a C...
I'm considering about retaking it at a community college over the summer 07 but it takes a lot of time and my school advisors have told me that it is not worth it to retake it since even if I get an A, the average grade that I will get is a B and it won't improve my GPA much..

I have really struggled to get the whole concept right and for my biochem class I got an A-..

What do you guys think.. would you retake it??

depends.......if your gpa is low retake it to show that you can get an A. If you can ace all other classes don't worry about one C too much. I got 3 Cs in both chems and one micro and I am not retaking it.

I would say that it doesn't hurt to retake biology 1A again at a community college. If you can get an A or B in that class, it will improve your gpa.
