Course work question and the "K" grade

I'm taking a self-paced Biostats course. I have for the past 9 months. I have 4 more months to complete it. At the end of every semester, including winter and summer sessions, it appears on my transcript with a grade of "K", or "in progress".

Do I need to list it for every single semester just as it appears on my transcript?
