Just of interest, did anyone rotate at a place that did not automatically offer interviews to those who rotated? If so, for those who did/did not get interviews, were you surprised?

I hear Carolinas Medical Center doesn't offer interviews to everyone who rotates there.

We apparantly don't offer interviews to everyone who rotates in our hospital. It surprised me. (I didn't rotate here and this is a relatively new policy.)

I also heard that Vanderbilt and UC Irvine do not offer courtesy interviews either, but I didnt rotate at either so I don't know what makes them offer an interview or not!
