Does it really matter what you put on the cover page??
And can you add an LOE after submitting your application?

1. The cover page lists up to 3 for each category and only the title/date/hours. Further in your application packet lists the full details of all of your experiences.

2. Yes, if you have room (max 4 if no committee letter, one addition if committee letter).
