Crack DAT PAT Can't view explanations?

Hello... For some reason, whenever I click on "Explanations" for cube counting, pattern folding and keyholes.. I get a "No help available" for this question.. and can't see any solutions or explanations for it... Has this happened to anyone or is happening to you all of a sudden?? The explanations has always worked before without any problem but I think after I installed an update from CDP, this problem started to occur.. does anyone know how to fix this or know why this is happening? I tried the solutions page on their support site of redownloading the flash adobe but nothing happened 🙁

Same thing happened to me after the update. I tried the same solutions and nothing worked. This is very frustrating because I take my exam in a few days! Nothing like wasting time trying to fix the problem right before my exam. Hahaha.

Damn.. that really sucks! I still got a month before my test but I need to visualize the objects using the explanations to learn and get better in PAT.. I am so bad at it right now 🙁 Did you try contacting them?

That happened to me today too! I fixed it by going to their website and logging into my account. Once you are logged into your account click on "view your licenses" on the left side. Then click "view and download". You will download the new updated version. I guess there must have been a recent update that messed it up but this fixed it for me. Hope this helps!!
