Hi, I was just wondering if the Crack dat pat is similar to the actual dat? Im finding holepunch quite difficult? Please let me know how much does CRACK DAT PAT resemble the actual dat pat?
I also have a tough time with hole punch, it seems to take me longer than it should. How long does it usually take everyone to do hole punch/ how much time should you plan to spend on it?
I don't want to freak you guys out.. but I usually like this part of the PAT and the real DAT... blehh.. the holes are smaller, there are more spaces between them.. it seems as if that could help, but for me it was harder to judge the folds and whatnot..
Arginine, how long did it take you to get through hole punching on your DAT? I've been trying to come up with a strategy to see where I should spend most of my time. Anyone care to share how they divided their time doing PAT?

wow.. you know.. I would be lying if I said I had a strategy. Honesty I'm sort of disappointed I didn't get more on PAT.. I always loved perceptual stuff and to me doing it is sort of fun.. On any practice test I always have about 10 minutes left on the PAT section (except for the MAD_CRAZY achiever.. there I ran out of time)..
So today when I went in to take the test... I didn't worry about time.. until I noticed that I'm so calm.. I'm actually taking it easy to the point of wasting my time!!! I had to remind myself I'm taking THE REAL DAT... hahahha.. but I struggled with holes and the angles (which were.. no joke .. looking as if they all differed by 1 degree.. madness!)
I'd say.. if PAT is your problem.. then perhaps it is easier to practice your strong points.. that's something you can possibly improve more easily. This way maybe you can assure you have enough time for the "not so easy" sections..
