I have heard many times on this board that Crack DAT PAT is the most realistic out of all the study guides. Kaplan was to easy and this or that.

So do most people agree that Crack DAT PAT is the best to use for the PAT?

Also since everyone thinks its so realistic, if im getting a 19 it does that translate pretty well to a 19 on the real thing?

I think CRACK PAT is definately the most realistic study tool, and is most comparable to the difficulty you will see on the real test. The paper folding and hole punching on CRACK PAT in my opinion were alot more difficult than the real thing. I was consistently getting between 17-20 on CRACK PAT, with my last couple tests scoring 20. For me, no matter what PAT practice test I took (Kaplan, etc...), I could not break that 20-21 mark. On the real test I scored a 20.

Same for me....I was scoring 18-19 on crack pat & I scored 18 on the real thing. I think it gives you very good estimate of what your real score will look like.

Ok Thanks, it was my first test on Crack PAT and I got a 19, lets hope I go up from there
