I'm using Crack Pat on the Mac. And it keep shutting down when I'm reviewing my answers especially when I am viewing the explanation. Also during the explanation view of pattern folding, are we suppose to be allowed to rotate the image? I can see the pattern folding but it is hard to visualize the shaded area when I'm not able to rotate the object.

Is this happening to any other users?

Just purchased the product today and I'm pretty satisfied. I really like the explanation for hole punching. And I'm happy that the real PAT's hole punching won't be this difficult.

I figured out how to rotate the image in patter folding. It's not the best views but it will do. I still got problems with the application shutting down at random time. Is it happening to anyone else? Maybe my 12inch powerbook is too old. =)

I wish I could help but my program is for PC, and I am not much of a computer guy. I agree with you on the pattern folding explanations, that little pie-chart-wheel is difficult to rotate the image.

yea...i'm using mine on the mac also and its weird. i'm always having to relaunch because it doesn't open right. but once its open, its all good. yes u can rotate the figure, it took me a while to figure it out too. lol. all u have to do is click on the outermost portion of the circle(with triangular sections) and then just scroll over the inner portion. pretty confusing...but thats how it works

EMAIL them!!! I have a mac and had the same problem. It is a problem with their software. they were able to fix it for me AND... they upgraded me AND they gave me DAT MATH for free too. so really email them. they are so nice!
