hi, i was just curious what type of ECs, grades, and board scores are needed to get a med student into a top pediatric residency program. i know peds isn't one of the hardest programs to get into but any advice would be appreciated. i'm curious about ECs in particular, i.e. do research during summer after 1st year, clubs, volunteer on the side, etc? thanks.
