Do they really want us to state 'why' we want to attend in 4-6 lines??? Or are we allowed to extend past that length?

You should be able to fill out the form in MS Word.

I decided to just cut out the fat and state why I wanted to be there in 5 lines. Figured they would ask for longer if they wanted it. We'll see how they like that....
