Phoenix, UNLV is still a rather newer school, I am an instate nevada student so dont get me wrong I love Nevada, but the medical infrastructure here (research, hospitals etc) is still developing. I would go to U of A in a heartbeat.
 
I've seen some great matches from UNLV recently. 40k is not a huge difference to me - would think about if you want to be in Pheonix vs Vegas.

Creighton is out.
