Hello. I will be entering CU's web-based program this fall and just received an email this weekend asking me to choose between a rolling bag or backpack for my laptop. Can anyone tell me which they preferred for the duration of the program? I'm not sure which would be more ideal when traveling. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!! 🙂

I have the rollbag but then again I don't recall us having a choice. I have been very happy with it. That's great that you can choose one which fits your personal needs. This decision is truly personal preference so go with what you feel will work best for you.

Thanks! Actually, I just viewed the web-site where we select the bag we want, and there are 8 to choose from. I guess this is the 1st year they are giving students a choice. This is going to be harder than I thought! 😕 Haha!!

laptops are required at Creighton, but they are provided for students (we do pay for em through tuition)

Definetly go with the backpack. We were given the rolling ones and they are terrible. I personally felt stupid rolling that thing around and they weigh a ton if you ever want to carry it. So I ended up throwing it away and getting a backpack.

Thanks. That helps a lot. I thought the rolling bags may be heavy. I am leaning towards the backpack. Thanks again!
