I have a question about how CERTIPHIED background check service obtains information: do they use FBI/police record search or do they go directly to the court records?

The question on residency app states to not disclose sealed records. Should I do it anyway just to be honest?

If we are talking sealed records, I think it might be a good idea to consult a lawyer. Shouldn't cost too much or take too much time to talk to see what a lawyer thinks.

I obviously don't know the details of your sealed records and maybe you prefer no one else knows either.
