I signed in to the criminal background check website Certiphi and paid a 250$ fee. But when I tried to sign in again, it jus shows an incomplete application and I have not received a confirmation email either. Did anyone else exPerience this?

I would definitely call them. I just filled out mine and received a conformation soon after and paid 150
